Young people are not just future leaders, they are leaders today.
Join a year-long youth leadership journey to turn your ideas into real impact and shape a better tomorrow.
Future Shaper by Hamdan Foundation is a year-long youth leadership program designed for young changemakers
who want to create real impact in society. It is a community of socially aware and motivated youth who believe
in using their voice, ideas, and actions to shape a better future.
At Hamdan Foundation, we believe young people are not just future leaders, they are leaders today. Through
this program, we aim to nurture empathy, responsibility, and action-oriented thinking so that youth can
actively contribute to solving real social challenges and supporting community development at the
grassroots level.
What this really means is giving young minds a platform to learn, lead, and create. From understanding
real-world issues to working on meaningful projects, Future Shapers are guided to turn awareness into
action and ideas into measurable impact.
You can apply by filling out the application form and sharing your interest in joining the program. Selected participants become part of the Future Shaper community until they complete their school journey. After that, they continue as alumni, supporting and mentoring new cohorts.
As part of the program, Future Shapers will work closely with Hamdan Foundation teams on real social impact projects. They will also take initiative in spreading awareness and driving change within their schools and communities.
