At Hamdan Foundation, our internship program is designed to give young talent real exposure to social impact work. It is a structured learning experience where interns are not just observers, but active contributors to meaningful projects that create change on the ground.

The program begins with a guided induction that helps interns understand the foundation’s mission, values, and working approach. This is followed by hands-on training and project-based learning across different teams, allowing interns to explore how social impact initiatives are planned, executed, and scaled.
